Redistricting - Recuse Pat Dewine

Justice Pat Dewine should recuse himself, or otherwise be disquafied,  from the Ohio Supreme Court's votes on all lawsuits regarding redistricting.  His father, Governor Dewine, sat on the commission that developed the maps.
